AI created a lot of leverage. Most companies haven't captured it yet.
AI can already do real work: faster, cheaper, and help you deliver a better product/service for the people you serve. The tools are here today. Most companies just haven't put them to work yet.
The reason usually isn't budget or will. It's not knowing where to start. What can AI actually do for your business? Which workflows are worth automating, and which burn six months for nothing? Every vendor says their tool is the answer, and the space changes monthly. So the leverage stays on the table, while the competitors who do figure it out pull ahead, and the gap compounds every quarter you wait.
How I help
I find the workflows where the value is real, attach a KPI to each, and build it with your team into production. Hours saved, cost removed, a better experience for your customers, revenue added. Working code, not a list of recommendations.
Why me
I'm an engineer-founder with three exits (YouTube, Veeva Systems, and CAI Software), and my work has shipped into dozens of Fortune 500 companies. I've built my own multi-agent orchestrator and use it to run all my businesses, side projects and my life. I work at the layer that makes AI reliable enough to depend on. A few engagements a quarter, hands-on with your team, on use cases where the value is measurable.
What that looks like
- First AI project, end to end. The right use case, built and in production with your team running it.
- AI roadmap. Where to start, what's worth building, what's not. Grounded in your business, not a generic deck.
- Internal AI capability. Practices, training, and structure so your team ships the next ten without me.
- Ongoing advisor. The decisions that matter: vendor selection, build vs buy, what to do when something breaks.
What I don't do
- ML research or training foundation models. The work is at the application layer.
- Strategy decks. If month two arrives without something in production, something is wrong.

How it works
30-minute discovery call, scope doc within 48 hours, then kickoff. I typically work on a monthly retainer, or a project-based fee for well-scoped projects. We work out the details on a call.
